What We Develop

We specialize in four categories of pet food, each designed around taste, function, and convenience.

01. Retort

Squeeze sticks, jelly sticks, complete meals, gently cooked meal pouches, and hydration drinks. These shelf-stable formats need no refrigeration, so pet parents can feed them anytime, anywhere.

02. Dental

Dental chews, nosework treats, and wet food that pets love to eat, with functional benefits built in.

03. Powder

Food toppers and water-mix powders that boost palatability, perfect for picky eaters or pets who need extra encouragement to stay hydrated.

04. Handcrafted Treats

Treats made from a variety of proteins, including pork, chicken, and duck.

Our Development Process

From first conversation to final product, every project follows four clear steps.

1. Ingredient Review & Formulation
   Once we've aligned on your product concept, we review ingredient suitability and build the formulation.
2. Sampling & Palatability Testing
   We produce samples and test them with pets to make sure the taste wins them over.
3. Nutrient Analysis & Product Registration
   Each product's nutritional content is analyzed and officially registered.
4. Production & Quality Inspection
   We manufacture at scale, with quality checks at every batch.

Making safe food is non-negotiable. That's why every Pet One product goes through a systematic quality management process before it ever reaches a pet's bowl.

Tested In-House and by Experts

We conduct self-quality inspections in accordance with Korea's Control of Livestock and Fish Feed Act, working with the NH Livestock Research Institute, a specialized analysis organization. Our own in-house microbiological testing goes even further, letting us check not only product safety but also the cleanliness of our equipment and production environment before any issue can arise.

Retort Sterilization

Our in-house retort sterilizers treat sealed products with high heat and pressure, keeping them safe and shelf-stable without refrigeration.
